Euphoria Ecstatic Dance - A partially gentle & passionate, partially wild & catharthic movement/dance meditation practice - that takes the dedicated, awareness enhancing attitude of Yoga from the mat to the dance floor. Join the movement!

DANCE
· solo - this can be a remarkable solo dance practice amongst a kind & friendly dance tribe
· duo - dive into magical realms of doube creativity & connection exploration
· trio - explore the posibilities and mind expansion of a trio dance
· or in connection with the whole group , together with dozens of other openhearted dancers
The Music is designed in a wave choreography that goes from stillness through several waves and peaks of intensity & power back to soft stillness. Enjoy the ride.
In a spirit of kindness, respect, fun & playfulness we gather for this movement ritual to enjoy & harmonize our bodies, let our feelings flow, set our minds free, activate our energies & expand our consciousness . .. and/or simply have fun.

· Footwear: indoor Dance shoes, barefoot shoes or Dance Socks are recommended

In this workshop we explore the states of our hearts. Let this center of love speak, apply empathy and kindness to any pains that might be stored away in the chest and find new ressources, old joys & liberation yet unknown.

90 Minutes of emotional rejuvenation, powerful connection & playful self awareness in a group of friendly people. In solo, Duo/Trio or group exercises lead is deeper into our center and more able to connect freely with the other participants.

We invite you to a partly guided party free flow psychonautic space: A sober human-/emotions-/body- & connection-positive event full of bodily expression, consciousness science and natural happiness.
1. WARM-UP First, we’ll start with an opening essential oil infusion to relax the mind, warm the body & soothe our souls. This is an event for sweet connection & attunement, for discoveries & harmonization with a group of amazing people.
2. GUIDED FORMATS (optional particiation) in a series of mini &/or intense practice sessions we will enjoy inspiring & connecting exercises together. Bring the list items, an open mind and a sense of adventure.
3. In the FREE FLOW part of the evening you can simply enjoy yourself, the great company, deepen some of the practices presented, journey through the inner & outer dimensions or just simply enjoy the relaxing atmosphere.
