  • Introduction to prostration (bowing) techniques
  • 108 bows or step-by-step guided bowing
  • Short seated meditation & tea sharing
  • Space to reflect and connect

๐Ÿ’ก Prostration is a traditional full-body practice that helps release tension, clear the mind, and cultivate humility and gratitude through movement.
