Boating Skills and Seamanship classes!
Hop in our 12-week repeating cycle Safe Boating Program, Tuesdays 7:00-9:00pm. You can start at any point in the cycle! The program is based on USCG Auxilary Boalting Skills & Seamanship, Boat America Course, federal, and state boating requirements. Learn nautical law, knots, weather, hauling, and more! Aditional pamphlets covering boating topics are provided. All materials are included in the cost of the program.
Many boat insurance companies offer discounts to individuals who successfully complete this program! Graduates of this NASBLA-approved program are who successfully complete are awarded proof-of-completion certificates, which can be submitted to FWC for a Florida Boating Safety Education ID card.
We also offer FREE safety equipment checks for Power Boats, Sail Boats, PWCs, and Human Powered vessels. A VESSEL SAFETY CHECK DECAL is awarded upon successful completion.

$70 per person ($40 each additional person sharing materials). Cash/check accepted. Records are kept for 2 years to allow flexible attendance. Sit in on any class a second time with no additional cost!
