Personas - a UXA virtual fireside chat

For 15 years starting in 1929, Franklin D. Roosevelt (US President) sought to talk directly with the country around what he hoped felt like his "fireside" - an imaged place of comfort, even if he was reaching people via radio.

It's through this isolated inspiration that I welcome you to a new series of 10 virtual "fireside" chats during the Winter season where we'll discuss the finer points around Research & Design methodologies, strategies, and more - recurring fortnightly, same time, same place.

I, Geoff, will be your host this particular evening, joined by UXA rockstar co-host, Stefanee, as we settle into our chairs, sip the finest winter beverage of choice, and dicuss the tough questions around customer segmentation & personas that we're currently encountering in our day-jobs.

We invite you (very last minute, I know) to come along, listen in, and ask questions on the topic (e.g. "What's your experience sharing personas in the workplace and how have you done it?") - let's see what we can learn together.
