She has contributed to various major projects of business process in the industry. Her vast amount of experience in graphics and design along with a passion to teach led her to TECHVED Consulting.

Session 2 : How to Improve User Experience of BOTS by Sagar kathrani

Sagar is an Product Designer expert and a alumni from MIT Institute of Design. His focus is on UX/CX and designs primarily for Artificial Intelligence and ChatBots. He works on modifying strategies, experiences, and solutions with a design thinking approach.
