About the Speaker

Indi Young is a problem-discovery researcher and solution strategist who uses purpose-focused qualitative data science. With a background in psychology and computer science, she has dedicated her career to exploring the intersection of human behavior and technology. She has developed a unique UX research methodology over a 30-year span, which she teaches through courses, coaching, workshops, books, talks, and by working with research teams.

Indi was one of the founders of Adaptive Path, the pioneering UX agency, and has written three books: Time to Listen, Practical Empathy, and Mental Models. She is currently working on another book in the series, Assumptions Aside, which will cover thinking styles.
