Tiziana d'Agostino is a California-based UX Psychologist, Interaction Design consultant and senior instructor with more than 18 years of industry experience. Her training includes a degree in graphic design and a master's in Media Psychology, as well as a few professional certifications along the way.

In addition to her expertise in user research, she teaches interactive design and is a leader with the San Diego chapter of the Interaction Design Foundation.

She strives to create the best user experiences that will persuade without manipulation, and strongly believes that ethical design can change the world for the better. She is a member of the Ethical Design Network and maintains its blog.
