At the Musea Zutphen you will find two museums under one roof!

Discover the Story of Zutphen in the Stedelijk Museum Zutphen using archaeological and museum objects, some of which are among the oldest in the Netherlands. In Museum Henriette Polak you will meet patron Henriette Polak and the artists from the core collection, such as masterpieces by Wim Oepts, Arie Schippers, Charlotte van Pallandt and Kees Verwey.

Afterwards we will walk around the city to discover the Big Draw Festival with window art and workshops.

Autumn has arrived at Huis Van Gijn. In the kitchen, fresh fruit is preserved for the coming winter and stored in the pantry. In the cool cellar, the harvested vegetables are stored. Stoves are brought down from the attic. Where it is quiet in the summer with visitors, social intercourse starts up again in the autumn. This coincides with the start of cultural life. It is time for nights out, seeing and being seen. With tuxedos and evening dresses, to the theatre or dining with friends.
