This experience is designed for those who feel called to slow down, deepen their awareness,
and those who would like to know more about the method before taking the first Usui Reiki course.

In introduction, you will:
* Be introduced to Reiki and how it works
* Receive a Heart Attunement to experience Reiki energy temporarily
* Experience giving and receiving Reiki
Whether you are completely new or already on your spiritual path, this workshop offers a meaningful and grounding experience.
