Beginning Proxmox (with 2-Node High Availability) w/ AJ ONeal (and Pizza)

Proxmox is really interesting to experiment with on its own, but for me it's not really viable without redundancy and automatic failover. I'll give an introduction to Proxmox from the perspective of a simple 2-node cluster - using ZFS replication and a voting node (rather than "hyper-converged" with 3+ nodes and Ceph).
