Generative artificial intelligence (AI) provides desk workers with an opportunity to work better, faster, and smarter. With the increased popularity of these tools, especially the many free versions, how does local government implement generative AI tools while ensuring they are being used responsibly?
In this session, Salt Lake City will share how they are approaching implementation with policies, training, and use case pilots. Learn how the City is using AI to better connect with community members, like tailoring content through personas and writing in plain language. We'll walk through a use case to show what this looks like in action.
