Managing AI: Getting Better Results Without Giving Up Control

AI in software development should be treated neither as a threat to avoid nor as a shortcut to trust without question. The real opportunity is learning how to manage AI: where to use it, where to limit it, and how to guide it toward useful, safe, high-quality outcomes. In this talk, we'll discuss how enterprise teams can apply AI effectively across the SDLC by learning to manage the process and balance the use of the features that modern AI environments, agents, and harnesses bring to the table. The focus is on keeping human judgment in control while using AI to improve productivity, quality, learning, and everyday engineering work. Discussion time will follow.
