Ruby on Reubens

Details
If you think Ruby on Reubens is big, you should see the attention that I get, as the defacto leader. Congratulations. You are all great. Thank you very much. You are all here reading this, but we are joined by many, many people who also love Ruby and also love sandwiches. Great people. Thank you very much.
When Ruby on Reubens started you may remember I said, "Let me begin by wishing each and every one of you a very Merry Christmas." Right? And I can think of no better Christmas present than giving you lovers of sandwiches and code a new Ruby on Reubens meetup. And your slacks and your mailing lists will hopefully have notifications of this meetup, and you are going to be enjoying so many wonderful bites of holiday hacking cheer. So many. It will be wonderful. Thank you.
Ruby on Reubens is a runaway success. There has never been a lunch meetup as successful. Or, at least not many as successful. I have to be careful because of the fake lunch meetup organizers who are watching us now. In starting the Ruby on Reubens lunch meetup we defied the pundits, the haters, and the special interests, because ours was a movement of the people. It really was. It was a movement of you. It was a movement of the people. It was a movement to make lunch great again. Its happening. Its happening.
Next week will be the start of the Christmas break. Where you will most likely be forced to meet with your non-sandwich-loving and non-code-loving relatives. Who needs them? They are awful. You know they are. Just awful. So, why don't we meet together, as great patriots, instead? How about we decide that common bond is stronger than the cruel fate familial relations? How about we make a choice! A great choice! A choice that will be discussed and poured over by historians for centuries and decades to come.
