Talk about ways to pool our resources to get a CoinTerra pre-order miner

Hey! Any local bitcoiners interested in getting in on a Cointerra pre-order http://cointerra.com/product/terraminer-iv-2ths/ But don't have enough money to get one of their own? Come to the meetup, and we can discuss ways pool enough resources between us to buy one and share the risk. I propose we set up here https://secure.utah.gov/account/login.html a member managed LLC that will own the miner. Each person that contributes will get a (proportional to what they contribute) percentage ownership of the LLC and that percentage of profits. If you invest $1000 or more, you get a vote to determine what we do with the machine (when to sell it, where to put it, etc). Simple! I will pledge $3000 right now and $4000 if we need it. Tom (Bubbas BBQ) is pledging another $2000 and there are already some other people interested!
