If you haven't heard, Venmo now accepts crypto. The day has come to start spending your crypto folks... let the burgeoning begin!
We've talked about having an official booth at the Downtown Farmers Market for a few years now. And while we're not quite set up for that yet, we can certainly start a crypto payment flash mob!
So, let's do it! This Saturday, June 5th kicks off the 2021 season of the farmers market. Get your apps (Cash app, Venmo, Coinbase, etc...) ready and lets have some fun paying merchants with crypto. People are ready guys and gals!
So far, this is a concept flash mob and I can't do it alone. The community will really help drive this one. So grab your bitcoin nerd friends, and come grab some locally grown produce!
As the community grows this particular endeavor, we'll develop official meeting locations. For now, it's all about getting your participation.
