After a long break due to Covid-19, we're ready to restart the Utah Customer Success Meetups again! We can't wait to get the Utah Customer Success community back together to "renew" our friendships and shared passion for customer success.

Please join us for the August Utah Customer Success Meetup on THURSDAY, August 19 from 12:00 - 1:00 PM MST via Zoom. For this first month back, we’re hosting a virtual event out of an abundance of caution due to the resurgence of Covid.

We're excited to announce that Kristi Faltorusso will be joining us as our guest speaker for the event. Kristi is well known as one of the top thought leaders, influencers, and mentors in the global customer success community, and is currently VP of Customer Success at ClientSuccess.

Kristi will join with Dave Blake to speak about “Driving IMPACT as a Customer Success Professional”. Kristi and Dave will bring first-hand experience and practical advice for driving impact in whatever customer success role you're in - from front-line to leadership.
