UBC movie night

For our next film night social we are planning to watch The Host (2013) at our secret cinema. My utopian friend Katie, who has
a great video series on dystopia here https://katiemcgregorstone.co.uk/welcome-to/, tells me this adaptation of Stephanie Meyer's YA post-apocalyptic novel about resisting the parasitic aliens who have come to steal our souls is a great look at waste and neoimperialism.
