It is an outdoor movement class at calisthenics park in Griftpark. We focus on functional breathing exercises, reaction games, learning new functional movement pattern. Think of different kind of squats and animal flow. We work on the mobility of the shoulders, spine and hips (Among others). Every session will have different kind movement flavors on the menu. So there will be a moment of surprise, curiosity and novelty in any class. Every exercise will be adjusted to your current level.
