Welcome to Utrecht Coffee Club!

This group is for anyone in their 20s, 30s and 40s who wants to build real friendships in Utrecht through small, in-person meetups like brunches and coffee chats in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.

Whether you’ve just moved to Utrecht, have been here for years, or simply want to meet new people beyond your usual circle, this group is about creating genuine connections in a city that can sometimes feel busy and spread out.

We use Groupvibe to coordinate each meetup. The goal is to make socializing easier and more intentional, especially for people who are new to the city or looking to expand their circle. Groupvibe is the platform we use to organize groups and manage sign-ups, but this Meetup group itself is focused on bringing people together offline and helping members connect with one another.

How it works:
We host gatherings of 4–6 people where you meet over brunch or coffee at local spots around Utrecht. Each meetup is designed to be small enough for real conversations and comfortable introductions. It’s about community, not just events, many members stay in touch after their first meetup and continue meeting up on their own.

Group affiliation:
This group is organized by the people behind Groupvibe, a platform designed to help people connect offline. While the meetups are organized using the Groupvibe system, our focus here is community, helping people form lasting, local friendships rather than promoting products or services.

Who should join?
Anyone in Utrecht (ages 25–45) looking for more meaningful social experiences, especially if you prefer smaller, more intentional gatherings over large networking-style events. All members are expected to be respectful, open-minded, and genuinely interested in building friendships.
