This is not just a cooking workshop.

After many beautiful evenings shared around this table, I’ll soon be leaving Utrecht — and this will be my last workshop at home.

If you’ve never been, this is your opportunity to experience what these evenings are about:
cooking together, slowing down, and connecting in a simple, real way.

Throughout the evening, we’ll share an Italian-style aperitivo while also stepping into the experience of handmade pasta.
You’ll have the chance to get your hands into the dough, create together, and be part of the process.

This is not a structured cooking class, but a flowing experience:
moving naturally between food, conversation, and presence.
The pasta becomes part of the evening — something we prepare, cook, and share together, as a simple and symbolic moment.
