He shows how he learned the art of problem space exploration through discovery. In his work he puts the importance of analyzing customer behavior and during his talk he will explain the Opportunity/Solution tree methodology for effective solutions.He will share his view on how to enhance collaborative approach and optimize the digital customer experience.
