(NL/EN) A regular local gathering to talk about spirituality, explore your own awareness and support each other's spiritual growth.
This concept was born out of my own desire to have more opportunities to gather and talk about spirituality. I see many online gatherings, but within the wealth of local spiritual gatherings in Utrecht (ED, yoga, tantra, cacao and much more), I couldn't find a single simple, calm gathering purely for introspection, reflection and communal learning.
'Satsang' roughly translates to 'the company of Truth', and its goal is a homecoming in yourself and deepening awareness through gathering with other spiritual seekers. It usually takes the form of seekers gathering around a spiritual teacher, who then answers individual questions to the benefit of all present. I make no claim of being a spiritual teacher myself and don't want there to be a hierarchy in these gatherings. Hence: peer Satsang.
I'm currently in the process of arranging a location for these gatherings, hopefully a free one. Worst case scenario, I will have to ask for a small contribution to cover the costs of the space we use. Otherwise, the gatherings will be free.
