Looking to get more out of your digital camera? Enjoy taking pictures and want to be sure you know how to "get the shot"? This in-depth workshop is designed to help the beginner learn how to get the most out of their digital camera.

What are the topics included?
- Understanding The Exposure Triangle : Aperture, Shutter Speed & ISO
- Types of light and their characteristics.
- Compositions and their "Rules"
- Understanding your camera and your lens(s)
- Shadows, Highlights, Histogram, White balance
- Tips and Tricks on Landscape, People & Portrait photography
- Applying the theory to practice (A Photo walk)
What is the agenda of the workshop?
16:00 - 18:00 : Theory on the topics mentioned above
18:30 - 21:00 : Understanding your camera, Applying theory into practice by going out on a Photo walk
What do I have to bring?
- Your Camera, lens(es), tripod(If you have one).
- Make sure your camera is sufficiently charged and your memory card has at least 2 GB of data
Every Participant will receive a PDF document with all the theory mentioned above.
I request interested participants to send me a few of the best pictures made by them. This helps me understand your level of understanding and helps me prepare for the workshop better.
