NOTE: Short notice, but it looks like a nice day today!
The sun is out, some clouds in the sky, and maybe a small chance of spotting some rainbows later. Also the trees are budding and some are starting to blossom.
Feels like spring is in the air, so does anyone want to join me on an extra 'four seasons' photowalk today? I will start at 13:00 from Neude.

*

This photowalk is for creating a photo series, in which we try to capture the differences of each season.
We will walk in winter, spring, summer and autumn and follow the same route at every walk. This will hopefully enable us to create a beautiful series of four photographs.

If you joined us on the previous walk, remember to bring your previous photos and your notes (on your phone) so you can review the original images you would like to recreate during the walk.
After each walk we can share some of our results to the meetup page and after the last walk I would like to ask everyone to share their best final result, a series of "Four Seasons in Utrecht".
The photowalks are planned for: Feb 24, May 4, Jul 27 and Oct 19.

We will meet in front of the library at Neude and follow the posted route. This walk will be about 4km long, so expected end time is around 16:00. After the walk we could stop for a drink at Mariaplaats (optional, not included and at your own expense), talk photography and share our results.

Come prepared: wear comfortable shoes, bring water, check the weather forecast, use sunscreen or bring an umbrella ...and don't forget your camera :-)
Let's MeetUp and have fun!

Please note:
- The photowalk starts at the posted time. If you are running late just find us. The live location of the group (Google Maps) will be shared in our WhatsApp group. Link to join the WhatsApp group will be shared to the meetup participants by e-mail the day before the walk.
- This photowalk could be cancelled or postponed in case of really bad weather.
- The end time is an estimate only; the length of the actual walk could be different from posted.
– Check before you go if all your equipment is working properly; lens cleaned, batteries charged, memory cards empty.
– Make sure you have a good personal liability insurance (W.A. verzekering). Some of us walk around with expensive equipment; accidents could happen. The organisation is not responsible for any damage or loss.
– Pay attention to your surroundings, traffic, curbs and people.
– Be respectful of residents, their property and privacy.

* Any type of camera is welcome.
* If taking pictures or making photos gives you joy, you are more than welcome!
