Welcome to a community for international women who are strong on the outside — but sometimes tired of holding everything together on the inside.

Living abroad can look exciting, independent, successful.

But it can also feel lonely.
Disconnected.
Like you’re the capable one — yet carrying a lot alone.

This is a space for women who are smart, sensitive, high-functioning and growth-oriented —
and who miss real connection.

Women who:
• Overthink but rarely show it
• Carry responsibility with grace
• Feel “too much” in some spaces and “not enough” in others
• Give a lot to others, but forget themselves.
• Feel self-doubt even though they “should be proud”
• Miss deep conversations
• Long to exhale around other women
• Want friendships that feel real — not performative

C.O.R.E. means coming back to yourself:

## What we do here

We gather regularly in Utrecht, Amsterdam and Leiden.
Sometimes it’s:
• Girls Night Out (laughing, talking, singing, dancing)
• Brunches and deep conversations
• Daytrips to explore the Netherlands together
• Vision board sessions
• Workshops around Self-leadership and Confidence
• Honest, real-life conversations about living, growing and leading abroad.

There is depth.
