The CityCenter is in Festival mood for the yearly Smartlappen Festival!

ABOUT THE FESTIVAL
"Smartlappen" I think best explained are Dutch songs sung by folksingers, who sing about "life stuff", happy, sad, tears while you smile, broken heart and get up again, hangovers, life is tough, the songs are cheesy, and all happy tunes!

I can almost guarantee you have heard the song and can probably sing along! Music will be in Dutch and English!
We had a well known Dutch folksinger in the eighties his name Andre Hazes, although he is not around anymore he left us a legacy of this typical type of songs and his music is still popular today.
