Sept UU Humanist Forum: Nontheism & humanism in the 2010s

UU Humanist Forums return for the fall on September 10th. For this month the forum will be held in the sanctuary of the First Unitarian Universalist Church of Winnipeg from 7:00 to 9:00 pm. Join us for a retrospective look at the humanistic, nontheistic, and secular movement(s) of the late 2000s and 2010s.

What were some of the key moments? What drove it? What was its nature? And did it ultimately peter out and what was its legacy? Is there anything to learn for the future of humanism?

Special focus will be given on the movement in Winnipeg, which was still propelled by broader global currents.
