Militarism, Great Power Conflict, and the Human Future

Join Kris Breckman for an accessible, humanist-informed talk on today’s accelerating arms race and the growing risk of global conflict. Drawing on history and current global flashpoints, this presentation explores militarism as an existential crisis and considers the ongoing role of peace movements.

There will be breakout group discussions after the presentation, where participants can reflect and engage with fellow attendees on the key themes of the presentation.
