In a 10-year career in the web field, Clarissa Peterson has done everything from front-end development and user experience design to content strategy, online marketing, and project management. With this diverse set of skills, she is able to blend an innate ability to see how things could work better with the solid technical background needed to turn ideas into reality. Clarissa is currently finishing up a position at an area nonprofit, and in October 2012 will be setting out on her own as a freelance web designer & user experience consultant, specializing in mobile strategy and responsive design. She is based in Washington, DC.
