Beyond Theory: Navigating a Current Project and its Real-World UX Challenges

About the Talk:
In UX, theory is one thing—real-world challenges are another. Courses often skip over the tough, practical hurdles of a designer and researcher, that only experience can teach.
In this talk, Anja dives into her current project at Migros Online, focusing on the Shopping List and Basket features. She'll take us through the journey, sharing key obstacles and how she tackled them. Expect hands-on insights, strategies, and advice from real-world design and research hurdles.

About the Speaker Anja Lea Martig
Anja has spent nearly a decade immersed in the UX world, working across agencies, start-ups, and now shaping user experiences at Migros Online as a CX Designer. Over the years, she's worn many hats, taking on everything from concept development and design, to data analysis to project management, user research, and even customer support.
Her journey into UX was born from a personal frustration with clunky, inefficient products. Fueled by a desire to change things, Anja turned her passion for clean, user-friendly design into a career. Now, she focuses on creating intuitive solutions that help users breeze through tedious tasks, giving them more time to focus on what really matters.
