LA Service Jam this Saturday 2/25

I wanted to let you know about a great event coming up this week. As some of you know, Global Service Jam is happening all over the world this weekend (43 countries, 95 cities and counting). LA is having a mini-jam this Saturday. This is a great opportunity to work with people of various backgrounds (architects, industrial designers, artists, customer service experts) as well as to learn new techniques for brainstorming, idea generation and rapid prototyping. If you were ever curious about service design, this is your chance to explore it first-hand. Bonus: Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
