How the Mailing List Works

I know this ins't very intuitive, but when you hit rely on an email that was sent to [address removed], it goes out to everyone subscribed on the mailing list. Let's keep the number of personal email replies to a minimum.

You will find the below note in the footer of every email and it's easy to miss.

Please Note: If you hit "REPLY", your message will be sent to everyone on this mailing list ([address removed])...

What we love to see on our mailing list are well-written job descriptions for open positions, great UX questions, conversations about UX topics and things of that nature.

Here are some examples of what is great to send to the group:

http://www.meetup.com/ia-55/messages/30650382/ (sparked a great conversation)
http://www.meetup.com/ia-55/messages/24045832/ (the whole thread about UX unicorns)
http://www.meetup.com/ia-55/messages/29943012/ (the thread about the "To-Do" app called Clear)

Best, Crystal
