You conduct research, the product designers design and the engineering team builds. How can we objectively tell if our work made an impact on the product? Benchmarking is an integral skill in the end to end product journey. The UX researcher working with the Designer and PM leads the charge on this vital process.

Yao is a User Experience Researcher and founder of Research Bookmark. Yao has over 8 years of experience building and conducting research. He had the opportunity to work on various brands across different industries. He enjoys all parts of the product building process, but he gets most excited with an opportunity to combine user research with cutting edge technology and help teams build great products.
