Website Co-Design Workshop #1

We will be kicking off our work on creating a website for our meetup group. This is a great opportunity for anyone involved to showcase or build their UX/UI skills by working on this project.

Here's a preliminary agenda: (1) Define roles and responsibilities (2) Agree on tools for sharing progress (3) Project timeline (4) Branding (5) User research - fun activities. e.g. persona trading cards - come up with the types of users who will visit the site and what they will get out of it.
