UX & DevOps Feedback

Make apps better!
How? We give feedback after someone presents material**
We have a process. Times are approximate.
• 2-3 min. Present content, material, substance.
• 10 min. Crowd produces feedback.
We repeat the process, for a second app.
• 2.5 minutes: see that second app.
• 10 minutes: comment/feedback on it.
Then we take time to socialize, letting you get to meet others as you move from table to table to explore what you saw and heard. You know who you want to talk to, since you heard or saw their feedback comments.
The first two apps you see are curated, checked in advance. As the event unfolds it's more spontaneous. You can offer to present your app, your prototype, your project, too**
Then we start again (!)
• See a third app and • give stuctured feedback
• See a fourth app and • give stuctured feedback
• Take a break to meet others, again.
Within an hour you get several benefits.
- Meet other sharp people from diverse fields
- See apps - wireframes - prototypes - presentations**
- Hear substantial feedback comments. Many!
Get insight. See growth paths.
How? Give feedback for all to gain from it.
By mutual self-help, we share knowledge.

Who gets to show their material?
If you are stuck, we can help you get unstuck. We like material that has an aspect on which it needs feedback. Show it to an event host for a minute first: we want to be sure it's not sales-y or a general presentation.
Presenters are lined up in advance. After an hour, we keep on going, using the UnConference method of organizing. It's more casual. So you MIGHT get to present your material when you offer spontaneously during the event.

What is the process for the 10 minutes of feedback time?
It's a sequence of focus using these symbols:
#
♡️
Δ
which is
# what do you recall, what defines it, what was it in essence
♡️ what parts are likes, hearts, strengths
Δ what parts can be better—and how to make it better.
Everyone gives comments. The result is 50 comments of
First, we all give all possible #, #, #, #, #, before moving on to ♡️.
Then we all cover all ♡️, ♡️, ♡️, ♡️, ♡️, before we move on to the Δ.
Then we all delve into Δ, Δ, Δ, Δ, Δ, Δ, Δ, fast.
We explain, illustrate and lead this structure in the event.
