What is The Catalyst?
The Catalyst is a £1,878 fully funded, 18-month scholarship from UX for Change created for tech professionals — UX designers, product managers, engineers, and data scientists — who are ready to explore heart-led, regenerative leadership. No prior leadership experience required. Just curiosity and a willingness to grow.

The journey unfolds in three phases:

• Observe (Jul–Dec 2026) — Shadow UX for Change founder Sandra Gonzalez as she leads a leadership team, plus 3 personal 1:1 coaching sessions
• Learn (Jan–Jul 2027) — Join Fellowship Cohort 5 as an Individual Contributor, fully funded, to build responsible design foundations
• Lead (Jul–Dec 2027) — Return as a Regenerative Leader guiding your own team, and walk away with a genuine leadership portfolio

At this AMA, we’ll cover:

• What “regenerative leadership” actually means in practice
• Time commitments and what a typical month looks like
