Product before UX: make better product decisions!

Details
The crafts of product definition and user experience design are usually interleaving in mysterious ways.
Sometimes, as we start to realize a need for a new or improved product, we urge to jump into layouts. At other times, while designing the hierarchy pages for our app, we realize venues of the product definition that haven't been addressed yet.
In this meetup, we will focus on how we can become better product professionals. How we can define our product goals with simplicity, and how UX becomes much simpler, when we really honed on our business goals, users' needs and product flow. And how we are likely to fail miserably if we jump to heavy design too quickly.
