About Jeroen Mulder
Jeroen is the User Experience Lead at Marktplaats (eBay) for one year now. He is building a new UX & Design team that is responsible to improve the experience across the entire customer journey. Staying relevant, meeting expectations and adding delight, as well as the value of design on a strategic level have been the main areas of focus. Previously Jeroen worked at Funda for 9 years, where as Head of User Experience he launched a complete redesign of the platform in 2015.
Marktplaats has been The Netherlands’ leading classifieds site for the past 18 years. Every month they help 8 million people connect with each other to exchange second-hand or new goods and services.
