This presentation will explore core ergonomic principles in UX, showing how thoughtful design choices can effectively meet user needs and abilities in various contexts, reducing discomfort, frustration, and even potential risks. About the talk
Beyond Specialization: Why Designers Must Evolve.
In a world of accelerating complexity and rapid change, specialization alone is no longer enough for designers. To stay relevant, they must evolve into V-shaped generalists — combining deep expertise with broad, adaptable skills to tackle today’s interconnected challenges. This talk explores why designers must reskill in business and technology, adopt practical problem-solving approaches, and embrace AI as a collaborative partner.
