Julian is the author of “Building the Research Engine: building systems that turn evidence into decisions". He is a senior User Insights manager at DuckDuckGo, leading research in AI Chatbot and AI-Assisted search experiences. Julian is a frequent speaker at UX, research and product events worldwide. He is currently based in Barcelona.
