Brown Bag Lunch: Leveraging AI for Community-Driven Insights in UX Research

Details
Dear fellow UXers,
We hope you had a well-deserved summer break and are now recharged, energized, and eager for new insights—just like we are! To start this new season of UXR Guild events, we are super excited to welcome Antoine Pezé for a Brown Bag Lunch. 1 hour over lunch time, to feed hungry minds and deliver crispy learnings.
What’s on the menu?
Antoine will kick off the event with a brief presentation on how to uncover insights through a community-driven approach, focusing on practical applications such as bringing the experience map to life and generating actionable recommendations.
During the session, we’ll explore the value of integrating social media and online feedback from platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and Reddit into your UX Research. Antoine will also give a live demo of Synopsis’s AI-powered tool, showing how it can transform feedback into prioritized actions. We’ll wrap up with an open discussion and Q&A, where you can engage with Antoine and fellow UX and CX professionals on overcoming common challenges, especially when direct access to CRM data or users is limited.
About the speaker
Antoine Pezé is an entrepreneur specialised in User Research. He operates an AI-driven user research tool, Synopsis, designed to uncover insights from numerous customer feedback. He also gives courses to Les Gobelins about user research.
We are very much looking forward to meeting you online: bring your lunch, your curiosity, and your questions for what promises to be a juicy session.
