A great User Experience is key for any successful product and service. As UX professionals we often struggle to convince decision makers and management to invest into UX. One of the biggest reason is the lack of measurability of the UX ROI (Return on Investment). This meetup is meant for all UX Designer, Researcher, PMs and anyone else who cares about products customers love. We will discuss topics like "How to measure the UX ROI?", "What are good KPIs?", "Qualitative vs. Quantitative User Research", etc.
As UX lead + responsible for european expansion of www.testingtime.com, I care a lot about UX and want to start this meetup in Amsterdam to stimulate the conversation.
