Research Maturity is a key indicator that an organisation values the voice of its users.
Investing in research around the user’s needs, beyond simply trying to deliver on the business’ goals, is imperative to the success of the product, in an ever more saturated market, no matter the industry. Experience is the differentiator!
In this event, we will be exploring Research Maturity at three levels. Starting with the personal career journey (from junior to leader) from each of our speakers, we’ll then look more deeply into understanding the maturity of the research team (how to build a research lab and share insights coherently with other business units – product/UX etc), as well as understanding research at an organisational level, to understand the value of a top-down research-led business with investment in user testing.
