Rebecca’s talk will explore her team’s experimentation-driven approach to revamping legacy surfaces, like the Profile and Wardrobe, through a Profile Vision aimed at improving the overall seller experience and listing management. By combining real data with user research, the team gathered insights to create their Vision which is currently being validated via small, data-driven experiments aligned with both user needs and business goals.
