## Agentic AI isn’t slowing down, but most people are still stuck at the buzzword level.
This 90‑minute workshop is a focused, hands‑on introduction to agentic AI using Claude Cowork as your anchor tool. You’ll learn how modern AI agents think, delegate, and execute tasks — and you’ll practice building with them in real time, not just watch a demo.
Instead of trying to cover every tool in the ecosystem, we’ll go deep on the foundations that make any agentic workflow make sense: goals, roles, tools, handoffs, and feedback loops. By the end, you’ll have a working mental model of the “agentic stack” and a small set of repeatable patterns you can apply to your own work.
## What we’ll cover
In 75–90 minutes together, we’ll move through:

  • What “agentic AI” actually means (in plain language) and why it’s different from just “chatting with an LLM.”
  • How to think in terms of tasks, sub‑tasks, and delegation so agents can do more than respond to single prompts.
  • The core components of an agentic setup: objectives, context, tools, workflows, and guardrails.
  • How Claude Cowork structures multi‑step work and how to leverage it as your “agentic cockpit.”
  • Live examples of turning a messy, real‑world problem into an agentic workflow inside Claude Cowork (e.g., research → synthesis → drafting → QA).

Throughout the session, you’ll see how these pieces connect so that when you later add tools like Claude Code or OpenClaw, they snap into a model you already understand.
## Hands‑on practice
This is not a passive webinar. You’ll:

  • Follow guided exercises inside Claude Cowork
  • Define a simple agentic workflow for one of your own use cases (e.g., content, research, operations, client work)
  • Practice prompting and restructuring tasks so agents can execute more reliably

You’ll leave with at least one concrete workflow outline you can reuse and extend after the workshop.
## Who this is for
This workshop is designed for:

  • Operators, consultants, founders, and knowledge workers who want to use agentic AI for real work, not just experiments
  • People who keep hearing about “agents” and “agentic workflows” but don’t feel like the concepts have really clicked yet
  • Beginners to intermediate AI users — no coding experience required

If you already use tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini but feel like you’re still doing everything “one prompt at a time,” this will help you level up into actual workflows.
## What you’ll leave with
By the end of the 90 minutes, you will have:

  • A clear, structured mental model of what agentic AI is and how it works
  • A practical understanding of Claude Cowork as a hub for agentic workflows
  • A first draft of an agentic workflow tailored to your own tasks
  • Language and examples you can use to explain agentic AI to colleagues, stakeholders, or clients

You’ll walk away better equipped to evaluate new tools, design your own workflows, and plug more advanced components (like Claude Code and OpenClaw) into a solid foundation later on.
## Logistics

  • Format: 90‑minute live, hands‑on workshop (plan for ~75 minutes of content + Q&A)
  • Location: Zoom (link provided after registration)
