UX Talks: Kelle Link, Chief of Staff and Principle Designer @Verizon Connect

After a career in UX design in Tokyo, New York, and London - with companies such as IBM, the UK Department of Health, Toyota Europe, and Fidelity - Kelle pivoted to leveraging their design thinking experience into a Business Transformation Lead role.

Kelle now assists in running roadmap delivery and planning, as well as strategic blueprinting and reporting for Verizon Connect in Dublin. "The Lean Product Playbook" by Dan Oleson has been a pivotal framework for Kelle in executing the transformation of business processes. Kelle is currently based in Wicklow with four dogs and a husband from Coolock.
