IMPORTANT: The room reservation requires at least 4 people present, so it's extra important that the RSVP list is accurate.
- Edit your RSVP accordingly to allow waitlisted people to join.
- Show up if you signed up.
- Change your reservation if you cannot make it. If you have many no-shows, we won't be able to invite you back.

If this is your first time joining us, don't be shy! We will be so happy to meet you! It's a friendly and open environment for all of us to meet new people in the field.
We will work together, connect and motivate each other! Please bring your projects to work on if you have any. It’s not a structured event. We will work and chitchat during this casual gathering. 😊
