Call for Volunteers

Curious about getting more involved with UX Wizards Bay Area? This is the call for you.

We're a community of nearly 8,000 (!!) designers, builders, and creative professionals, and we run on the energy of people who show up and make things happen. We're powered by volunteers who are genuinely invested in building something great.
We host speaker series, craft nights, career events, job seeker support, and more, all built and shaped by volunteers.

Whether you're new to the community or you've been around for a while and want to go deeper, this 30-minute Zoom call is a low-key way to hear about open roles, ask questions, and figure out if volunteering is a good fit.

What we'll cover:

• What UX Wizards is and where we're headed
• Current volunteer roles and what they actually involve
• Time commitments (spoiler: we try to keep it realistic and avoid burnout!)
• How to get started

No advance prep needed, just join if you're volunteer-curious!
