Writing the User Experience [in-person & online]

Details

From Writing is Designing:
"When you write the words that appear in a piece of software, you design the experience that someone has with it."

In this meetup we turn the spotlight on one of the most undervalued tools in the designer toolkit - writing.

Words can be inclusive, or exclusive. Good writing is beneficial when communicating our designs to colleagues and collaborators. Our typography choices can make or break the success of an interface.

Joining us by video from the U.S, we are delighted to welcome Andy Welfle and Michael J. Metts to UX Belfast.

Accomplished professionals in their own right, Andy and Michael came together a couple of years ago to show that writing is part of the design process - and that writers are designers.
