Andrew Malak is a true believer in creating products and experiences that solve REAL customer problems. With 20+ years of Product & Digital experience, he has successfully delivered large scale transformation within the Australian Banking & Financial Services landscape.

Andrew believes that getting the right mix of data, design, technology & amazing people - working to common goals, with a common cadence & common ways of working - is the best way to deliver regular value to customers & your business.

Andrew believes that the customer trusts your business by joining and you have an obligation to repay that trust by helping them achieve their outcomes. In his current role as Spaceship CPO, Andrew aims to help people take control of their wealth from a young age, educating good money habits and helping people “invest where the world is going”.

Andrew is a family man who loves his time with his wife and children - and believe it or not, he uses agile & HCD techniques in both his personal and professional life. Andrew is an economics geek, plays & coaches soccer (football) - is a big Liverpool supporter, loves to travel, loves amazing architecture & working with children.
